Dark Green , High Temperature Resistance , Glass Lined Steel Tank
Glass Lined Steel Tank is lined with glass enamel both inside and outside. The enamel is a strong, smooth and shiny silicate coating. It is melted in a special furnace with a temperature range of 780 to 900 degrees Celsius. The steel circular (cylindrical) shell of the tank is made of two layers of glass fused sheets, coated on both sides. These plates are fixed with special high-grade bolts and sealed by a continuous flexible silicone (sealant).

Technology of Glass Lined Steel Tank
Glass-Fused-to-Steel technology is the premium coating technology in the storage tanks market. Glass Fused to Steel tanks are widely used in bio-energy, municipal sewage, industrial wastewater treatment and etc.. The glass fused to steel tanks have at least two layers of coating and more than two-time fired in furnace, which combines the strength, flexibility and outstanding corrosion resistance.
